Hi I’m Coach Caitlin!I’m an Exercise Physiologist and sport and exercise scientist. I’ve spent 5 years at uni developing my knowledge plus multiple side courses around movement mechanics and women’s health to be able to help a wide range of people. I’m super passionate in helping people become the best versions of themselves as well as bounce back from injuries and move pain free.I have a background in natural bodybuilding where I was titled Ms Sports Model Australia for U23s in my first competition. I also have a background in competitive powerlifting and have been coached by high profile coaches such as Sebastian Oreb.I thrive on educating my clients on correct movement technique and the principles of training to ensure they have the knowledge and skills to build their best self. My belief is movement is medicine. Exercise is for everyone and should always focus on longevity and overall health.If you’re looking for a sign to get started here it is.
