Mums and Bubs Classes
Looking for the best that Sydney has to offer when it comes to fitness classes for parents and their tiny tots? Consider your search over as BT Fitness has your needs covered. Our mums and bubs classes are held every Monday to Friday, starting at 8:45 AM and 9:30 AM.
For both of these time slots, mums can choose among a strength training class, a CrossFit program or a kickboxing session. There is no need to worry about having to keep up as we tailor our offerings in such a way that makes it easy for mums to bounce back.
Get Your Body Back with Baby on Board
Hit two birds with one stone when you sign up for our mums and bubs classes. There is nothing like working hard to shed off pregnancy pounds while bonding with your bundle of joy. At BT Fitness, we bring together all mothers who aim to be active but want to keep their kids little ones by their side.
In our welcoming and supportive environment, you can meet other mums who have the same fitness goals as you. Whether you want to just get fit or perhaps need to lose weight, together you can benefit from a fantastic workout that caters to your specific needs as mums with bubs. Another benefit of our class is the way it encourages interaction and develops communication with your child. These are essential for development in the early childhood stage.
We have an experienced team of male and female trainers who will guide you on your journey to postnatal fitness. Fathers can also join in the class to participate. Rest assured that our health and fitness instructors will adapt exercises to respond to any special requirements you might have.
Health and Fitness Program for Youngsters
What about parents who want to go to the gym but can’t leave their older children at home? Instead of hiring a babysitter, you can enroll them for kids’ workout classes for only $9.95 per week. We offer this to children aged 6-17 from Tuesdays to Fridays at 4:30PM. Two classes will be running simultaneously to suit children’s different levels. You have general fitness classes and athletic training. The latter is on an invitation-only basis, open for children who have excelled in the general fitness class.
